Yes. The HAM-LOG GROUP is a nationwide company operating at over 60 locations. Thanks to our own shuttle fleet, we are extremely mobile and can flexibly deploy teams to almost any location.
How does the HAM-LOG GROUP ensure compliance with legal standards?
Legal security is our top priority. We have held a permanent licence for the supply of temporary staff (Employee Placement) from the Federal Employment Agency since 2017 and have been a long-standing member of the GVP. Furthermore, we regularly audit our processes and ensure full and seamless compliance.
How quickly can the HAM-LOG GROUP provide staff during peak periods?
Very quickly. Thanks to our large pool of permanent staff and our own recruitment infrastructure, we can respond to short-term fluctuations (e.g. Black Friday in e-commerce or seasonal peaks in the food retail sector) within a matter of days. We value long-term partnerships in which we can make the most of our experience with seasonal business.
How are language barriers overcome for foreign workers?
Through our tried-and-tested on-site approach. We provide bilingual or multilingual foremen and project managers at every site. They translate all work instructions directly on site in the warehouse, support the induction process and act as dedicated points of contact for your shift management.
What qualifications do I need for a job in logistics?
For our standard warehouse roles (e.g. order picking or packing), you don’t need any specific prior experience – we’ll provide you with intensive training. For specialist roles (e.g. forklift operators), you’ll need a valid forklift licence and some initial driving experience.
How does the HAM-LOG GROUP support me with accommodation and my commute?
We’ll take care of you! Through our in-house accommodation management service, we’ll provide you with clean, affordable and fully equipped accommodation close to your workplace. Our company-run shuttle buses will take you to and from your shift daily and on time, as required.
