A leading online retailer was facing a critical staff shortage in order fulfilment in the run-up to Black Friday. Local accommodation was unavailable.
Our solution
Deployment of a self-sufficient HAM-LOG task force (45 staff). Provision of dedicated accommodation in the wider area and transport via the internal shuttle fleet.
