Under a contract for work, we are obliged to deliver a specific, measurable result (e.g. the daily processing of 5,000 parcels) at a defined unit price.
We carry out the work independently using our own staff and foremen.
With temporary staffing (agency work), on the other hand, we provide you with workers whom you supervise yourself and schedule into your shifts.
In this case, billing is based on the actual hours worked.
