The management multi-talent was shaped by her many years in the United States. With her international experience, especially in legal frameworks and holding structures, she is a highly sought-after contact throughout the company.

With her current position, close to the shareholder and the management, she is significantly involved in the strategic development of the company. As a result, Irma Seider accompanies the projects safely to the goal in an empathetic and goal-oriented manner, always strengthening the entire team around her.

In her many years of process controlling, as well as several years of management responsibility in the automotive sector, the numbers genius never loses sight of the interrelationships. Lisa Vollmöller achieves reliable results through her clear communication and precise analyses. With foresight, she plans and accompanies the central elements of corporate management in order to keep the operational and strategic corporate goals in harmony. In her function at HAM-LOG she is the optimal link between administration and operations. She meets challenges with a clearly structured methodology.

Due to her holistic approach and her interdepartmental thinking and acting in process optimization and controlling, she plays the decisive role that links everything together. Celina Strauch

We are proud that we could engage Celina Strauch in the second generation for HAM-LOG. In addition to her successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Celina Strauch gained her first professional experience in international heavy & special transport logistics. She continued to pursue her MBA in Supply Chain Management & Leadership – always focusing on her personal development. With her structured approach and affinity for IT, she was able to quickly find her next professional career step at HAM-LOG.

Leadership experience paired with process adjustments, optimization thoughts and fresh ideas, ensure that the digitalization of the company is successfully advanced. In the areas of strategic development and IT, she accompanies analytically and flexibly through processes, putting quality orientation in the foreground. She demonstrates her quick grasp, cross-functional thinking and working, as well as observing all key factors, not only at HAM-LOG but also in the development of subsidiaries.
